Quick solutions to watch your tutorials on our website:

1. Clear your browser's cache and cookies – the usual culprit! 😊

How to do this?
Chrome: Click the three dots (top right) → Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data → Tick “Cookies” and “Cached images” → Click Clear data
Firefox: Three bars → Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Click Clear Data
Safari (Mac): Safari menu (top) → Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data → Remove All
Edge: Three dots → Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Clear browsing data now

1.5. Try a hard refresh

How to do this?
Windows (Chrome, Firefox, Edge): Press Ctrl + F5  (Or hold Ctrl whilst clicking to reload the page 🔄)
Mac (Chrome & Firefox): Press Cmd + Shift + R
Safari (Mac): Press Cmd + Option + R

(This forces the browser to reload the page from scratch—not from cache.)

2. Update your browser to the latest version

How to do this?
Chrome: Three dots → Help → About Google Chrome → It will update automatically
Firefox: Three bars → Help → About Firefox
Safari (Mac): Go to System Settings → General → Software Update
Edge: Three dots → Help and feedback → About Microsoft Edge

3. Disable all browser extensions temporarily

How to do this?
Chrome: Three dots → Extensions → Manage Extensions → Toggle off each
Firefox: Three bars → Add-ons and themes → Extensions → Disable all
Safari: Safari menu → Settings → Extensions → Untick all
Edge: Three dots → Extensions → Toggle off

4. Disable antivirus software temporarily

How to do this?
(Depends on the software, but here are common steps.)
Windows Defender: Start Menu → Windows Security → Virus & threat protection → Manage settings → Turn off Real-time protection
Mac (e.g. Norton/Avast): Open antivirus app → Settings → Turn off real-time protection or scanning

⚠️ Don’t forget to turn it back on afterwards!

5. Use a private/incognito browsing window

How to do this?
Chrome (Windows): Ctrl + Shift + N
Chrome (Mac): Cmd + Shift + N
Firefox (Windows): Ctrl + Shift + P
Firefox (Mac): Cmd + Shift + P
Safari: Cmd + Shift + N or File → New Private Window
Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N or three dots → New InPrivate window
